First, you say that as if it will happen. If you are under 18 years, as you know that you go to New York? Do you work here? No idea how expensive it is to live here? Most jobs, enough to pay to live in New York for at least a college degree, if not to a certain extent!

Well, the thing the whole car - Well, depend on where you live, but it seems to fantasize about living in Manhattan (happiness in the age of 18 without a university degree, btw!) In Manhattan, only the very rich, their vehicles in the garage to pay most of the time, and only occasionally the car. You can park on the street in many places, and elsewhere, is almost impossible, even if the legal theory! Pay to pay for a parking spot is like an apartment in a second!

Now I live in Brooklyn and have a car. But I am at least 30 years older than you, with a steady job, a husband, a house and two kids! Moreover, it is easier to park here (although still very difficult!) Plus, children makes the car a little morenecessary because they often have two places in a short time. But I'm not even a car, even with all this, if it is not really difficult, the subway ride to my work much easier. But I'm weird! Most New Yorkers, in Manhattan, or parts thereof in the vicinity of Manhattan. Still working in Brooklyn and trains are not always well established.

But most people in New York do not own cars. Why? In addition to the difficult driving (and parking. I'm not talking traffic here), it is the public transportation in New York! I was 17 when I first moved here. (I went to New York University College) and I still have no license. I felt liberated me, when I discovered that I was the subway everywhere. It's wonderful!

Today I was in the center of town with my children. He asked me to take a taxi. I said no, it was too expensive, and the subway would be faster and easier. We have just arrived home, much faster in the subway! The children also said that it was forToday is the fastest way to travel!
